Shipping, Sales, and Return Policies
If you are not satisfied with any of your purchase, contact via phone or email and let us know you are sending back for refund or exchange. Getz IT Solutions Pvt Ltd will refund you fully for your purchase, less shipping costs.
Any purchases received that you think may be defective please contact us and we will do whatever we can to get you what you purchased working as advertised.
All sales are final. Returns of non-defective product within the first 15 days from date of purchase are subject to a 10% Return Fee. Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in Delhi and 5% CST will be charged to outside Delhi address. Damaged items or missing parts / accessories not as advertised must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of product.
Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Only defective product returns will be accepted after 15 days for repair or replacement only. To return a product you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Getz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. uses your order number as a RMA number. Include this with your return, along with a note with the reason for your return.
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned due to an invalid address, are subject to a 20% Return Fee plus applicable handling fees.
All product(s) must be returned as originally received to include original packaging, and all bundled accessories. Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during transit. Product(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate both the warranty and RMA and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All Warranty Exchange replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available upon testing. Getz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will substitute the product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 1 to 5 business days. If none of these options are available Getz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will credit the customer’s account based upon current market value of the received product(s).
All warranty repair work will be done by Getz IT Solutions at no charge to customer; Getz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will ship the product back to the customer at no shipping charge. Shipping and delivery to Getz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for warranty work is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Getz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product(s) it sells including products with a net total cost of 0.00Rupees
Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore inherently "defective".
Getz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Return Policies subject to change without prior notice. Customer should review these policies prior to making purchase.
